Load New GL
The Load New GL function is used to load a plan amount based on the parameters that you enter. Clicking the Load New GL function on the Planning Wand toolbar will open the Load New GL Wizard.
| Parameter | Description |

| Input Value | The plan amount to be loaded. |
| Company Code | The Company Code. |
| Year | The fiscal year to be planned. |
| Period From | The starting range of the period(s) to be planned. If planning individual periods distinctly, the Period From and Period To parameters will be equal. |
| Period To | The ending range of the period(s) to be planned. If planning individual periods distinctly, the Period From and Period To parameters will be equal. |
| Ledger | The Ledger to be planned. |
| Version | The Version as configured in SAP to which plan values are being loaded. |
| GL Account | The GL Account to be planned. |
| Replace or Add | Replace – New plan values will replace any existing plan values in SAP.
Add – New plan values will be added to any existing plan values in SAP. |
| Cost Center | (Optional) The Cost Center to be planned. |
| Profit Center | (Optional) The Profit Center to be planned. |
| Functional Area | (Optional) The Functional Area to be planned. |
| Business Area | (Optional) The Business Area to be planned. |
| Segment | (Optional) The Segment to be planned. |
