Loading Plans
The load plan buttons allow you to control exactly which cells are loaded.
To load a range of cells simply:
- Highlight the range.
- Or select multiple ranges using the ctrl button (as normal in Excel).
- Or select a range and then select multiple Excel worksheets to execute the same range on each sheet.
- Click the “Load Range” button.
To load a sheet simply:
- Select the applicable sheet.
- Or select multiple sheets to execute each of the selected sheets.
- Click the “Load Sheet” button.
To load a workbook simply:
- Select the applicable workbook.
- Click the “Load Workbook” button.
To load a range of cells based on the input values simply:
- Highlight the range of input values.
- Or select multiple ranges using the ctrl button (as normal in Excel).
- Or select a range and then select multiple Excel worksheets to execute the same range on each sheet.
- Click the “Load Input Values” button.
Note: When using the Load Input Values option, please bear in mind that this will process all Load Budget functions linked to the specified input value cells.
Important: The SAP public cloud API reverses existing records for the specified dimensions that align with the imported values. The specified dimensions in the product align with the function and are Company Code, Ledger Fiscal Year, Fiscal Period, Ledger, Planning Category, GL Account, Cost Center, Profit Center, and Segment. It is important to include all values with the same dimensions with the upload to prevent zero values. See Understanding the Plan Data Scope for further information.
