Hide Zeros
Hide Zeros is used to hide rows on a report that only contain zero values. This is very useful for formatting a report which includes many rows where, for example, a number of accounts are not used in a particular cost centre or have no balances in a certain period. At the click of a button you can hide all the rows that contain only zeros.
- Select a range on the report.
- Navigate to GL Wand | Tools | Other | Hide Zeros.
- GL Wand will now process the selected range, and hide any rows that only have zero values in them.
Note: Make sure you select the entire report range on those rows, as any cells outside the range will not be checked. If there are non-zero values on the row that are not selected, the row will be hidden.
